Hardware Support

NEKO offers hardware maintenance contracts on all of your document scanners. For the larger
production scanners, a Certified Technician will come onsite to service and scanner issues that arrive.
For the smaller desktop scanners, we offer Advanced Unit Replacement (AUR). This service will have a replacement scanner sent directly to you, often overnight. This will help reduce the amount of downtime that you will experience.

By having NEKO manage your support contract, you only have to call one phone number and deal with one NEKO Technician. You won't have to deal with a call center who receives many calls a day, where your call is just another call. One call to NEKO and we will contact the certified service technician, monitor their statuses and make sure they arrive onsite within the contract time frame. We are also there to help escalate any issue that need it.

To keep your hardware in top condition, we also offer all consumable kits, for all models of scanners. Replacing these as directed will increase your scanners productivity and increase the overall lifespan of the unit.
